Arun Goel has three decades of experience that span all major service areas of real estate including investments, advisory, transactional, management, and development. His expertise in real estate also covers multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and infrastructure.

In his previous stint at Insignia Brooke India, a global property services company, Arun served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for converting the mainly Advisory driven Insignia business to a full services operation in India, covering Advisory, Transaction, and Management. Mr. Goel handled leading client accounts, including, CISCO, P&G, Siemens, Philips, Coca Cola, BPCL, etc.

Earlier, Arun was the founder Director of Lloyds Brooke Hillier Parker, which he also led as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for close to four years. The ‘start up’ grew from out of one office In Mumbai, to a five office, pan India, operation.

Arun is a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India and also a Fellow of the Institute of Valuers, India.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf.
