Sabka Bazaar launches social project ‘Bhaagidari’
‘Aaapki Kala Hamara Sahyog’

HSIL introduced a social project ‘Bhaagidari’ in its Sabka Bazaar stores to facilitate budding entrepreneur skills in the region. This social project enables budding entrepreneurs to showcase and sell products manufactured by them in the stores. This initiative is to promote and nurture local talent who do not have resources to display and sell products manufactured by them otherwise. ‘Bhaagidari’ provides the necessary platform and exposure.

The entrepreneurs are given a minimum 100 sq ft area within the store to display and sell their products for a period of three months at a nominal cost. The company has incorporated a minimum cost component to bring in an element of commitment and seriousness to the business aspiration. The Group plans to introduce similar initiatives in the future to promote local talent across its network of stores.
