Mr. Kamal Malhotra joined the company with the aim to lead the Institute in improving employability and employee mobility with world standard training & certification. He will be responsible for finding the various gaps in Jobs-Training-Testing in domestic & international markets thus rolling out new products or distribute existing products. Kamal will play a crucial role in scouting for education market opportunities, content making, training delivery & distribution, standardizing training & Train-The-Trainer process.

Kamal holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in World History, plus a Masters degree in International business. He is also a 'Certified Novell Engineer '& 'Certified Novell Instructor' along with qualifications in software programming.

Kamal has close to three decades of diverse experience in business development, operations, channel development, delivery, client relationship, content & testing management in Education space.

Kamal comes to Wadhawan having spent a little over one year with New Horizons India as Vice President Channel Management and NH University (Content & Testing Management). He spent nearly 8 years with Novell's India business as Head of Education for the Indian subcontinent. He subsequently spent 7 years with Thompson Corp a global leader in technology enabled testing and assessment services for academic (GRE, GMAT, TOEFEL), professional, government corporate as Director - Strategic Market Development (Asia Pacific) before moving onto Asian Strategies Group Inc (ASGI) as Director - India.
